9Account Closure & Suspension

• Request from a relevant authority
• Account inactivity for a specified period (accounts with no activity for 12 months are considered inactive)

Conversely, you also have the right to close your pop999 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to closure, all pending bonus wagering requirements will be forfeited and any eligible balance will be returned to you upon completion of verification.

Accounts closed due to a breach of terms are not eligible to receive any refund of balances related to bonuses or winnings obtained through activities that violate these terms.

10Limitation of Liability
